Centre Listing Agreement

1. Service Description

ClassMatch (“the Platform”) is a matching platform that connects parents seeking tuition and enrichment classes with centres that offer them. By listing your centre on ClassMatch, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Listing Terms

Your centre profile on ClassMatch will include information you provide: centre name, address, class details, pricing, photos, and contact information. Our team may visit your centre, take photos, and create or enhance your profile with your consent.

You are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. ClassMatch reserves the right to edit profile content for clarity and consistency while preserving the factual accuracy of your information.

3. Lead Fees

Listing on ClassMatch is free. Lead fees apply when a parent who discovered your centre through ClassMatch enrolls their child. The standard fee is 10% of the first month's tuition fee, payable within 30 days of confirmed enrollment.

ClassMatch may offer alternative pricing models (monthly subscription, flat fee per lead) which will be communicated separately and require mutual agreement before taking effect.

4. Verification and Quality

ClassMatch may visit your centre, review your qualifications, and speak with existing parents as part of our verification process. Verified centres receive a badge on their profile. Verification can be revoked if quality standards are not maintained.

You agree to respond to parent enquiries within 24 hours. Persistent non-responsiveness may result in reduced visibility or suspension from the platform.

5. Data Usage

Parent contact information shared through ClassMatch is provided for the purpose of responding to their enquiry only. You agree not to use parent data for unsolicited marketing, sell it to third parties, or retain it beyond what is necessary for the enrolled relationship.

6. Reviews

Parents may leave reviews on your centre profile. All reviews are moderated before publishing. You may respond to published reviews through ClassMatch. You agree not to incentivise, solicit, or pressure parents to leave positive reviews.

7. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate pricing, class schedules, and availability on your profile
• Respond promptly to parent enquiries received through ClassMatch
• Report enrollments that originated from ClassMatch for lead fee calculation
• Notify ClassMatch of any material changes (closure, relocation, price changes)
• Maintain the quality standards that led to your verification (if verified)

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding lead fees remain payable after termination. ClassMatch may immediately suspend or remove a centre listing if there is evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, or repeated quality complaints.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClassMatch is a matching platform and does not guarantee a specific number of leads, enrollments, or outcomes. We are not liable for disputes between centres and parents. Our role is to facilitate discovery and connection.
