Our process
5 steps, zero shortcuts
Centre applies via our platform
Centres submit their details through our signup form — location, subjects offered, class sizes, pricing, and credentials. We review every application manually before proceeding.
Credentials and documentation review
We verify business registration, teaching permits, regulatory compliance, and instructor qualifications. Centres that don't meet our baseline standards are declined at this stage.
Physical visit to verify facilities
A member of our team visits each centre in person. We check the learning environment, safety measures, class sizes, and overall teaching quality. This isn't a formality — it's the core of our verification.
Parent feedback monitoring
After listing, we continuously track parent feedback, response times, trial visit ratings, and enrollment outcomes. Centres with consistently low ratings or unresolved complaints are flagged for review.
Annual re-verification
Every listed centre is re-verified annually. We check that credentials are current, facilities are maintained, and parent satisfaction remains high. Centres that don't pass are removed from the platform.
Accountability
What happens if a centre falls short?
Flagged for review
Low ratings or parent complaints trigger an internal review within 48 hours.
Improvement plan
Centres get a clear timeline to address issues. We follow up to verify changes.
Removed if unresolved
Centres that don't meet standards are removed — no exceptions, no second-tier listings.
