By accessing or using ClassMatch (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

ClassMatch is a discovery and matching platform that connects parents with tuition and enrichment centres in Johor Bahru and Singapore. We provide recommendations based on information you submit through our questionnaire. We are not a tuition centre and do not provide educational services directly.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Platform
• You are responsible for all activity under your account or contact information
• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• You agree not to submit false, misleading, or spam content

4. Centre Listings

Centre profiles on ClassMatch are created and maintained by our team based on information provided by centres and our own research. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all listing information. We encourage parents to verify details directly with centres.

5. Matching and Recommendations

Our matching algorithm provides recommendations based on the preferences you submit. These recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of quality or suitability. Parents are responsible for their own decisions regarding centre selection and enrollment.

6. Reviews

User reviews reflect the opinions of individual parents and do not represent the views of ClassMatch. All reviews are moderated for authenticity and appropriateness. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ClassMatch, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ClassMatch or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClassMatch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, interactions with centres, or enrollment decisions.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
