By using ClassMatch, you agree to these terms. ClassMatch is a matching platform that connects parents with tuition and enrichment centres in Malaysia and Singapore. The service is provided free of charge to parents.
Use of the service
You may use ClassMatch to search for and connect with tuition and enrichment centres. You agree to provide accurate information about your child's age, location, and learning needs. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information.
Matching and recommendations
ClassMatch uses AI and algorithmic matching to recommend centres based on your criteria. Recommendations are provided as guidance only. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any centre. Parents should conduct their own due diligence, including visiting centres and verifying credentials, before enrolling their child.
Centre information
Centre details (pricing, class schedules, availability) are provided by the centres themselves and verified periodically by our team. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, information may change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the centre.
Limitation of liability
ClassMatch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with centres found through the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClassMatch after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
