How does ClassMatch work?
Tell us what your child needs — subject, age, location, budget — and our AI matches you with verified centres in seconds. Every match comes with a clear explanation of why that centre fits, including honest tradeoffs. You can compare options side by side and connect with centres directly via WhatsApp.
Is ClassMatch free for parents?
Yes, completely free. We never charge parents for searching, matching, or connecting with centres. ClassMatch is funded by centres who pay a small fee when they receive qualified enquiries through our platform.
Trust & Quality
How are centres verified?
Every centre on ClassMatch goes through our multi-step verification process. We check business registration and credentials, visit the facility in person to inspect teaching quality and safety, and continuously monitor parent feedback. Centres are re-verified annually to maintain their listing.
What is the AI matching?
Our AI understands what you need from a natural description — no rigid forms. It extracts key details like your child's age, preferred subjects, location, and budget, then scores each centre across multiple factors including category fit, price range, parent ratings, proximity, and more. The result is a ranked list with honest explanations, not just a directory.
Can centres pay to rank higher?
No. Organic match results are never influenced by payment. Our matching algorithm ranks centres based on fit, quality, and parent feedback. Sponsored listings, if they ever appear, will always be clearly labelled and separate from organic results.

How do I save my results?
Your results automatically create a shortlist with a unique link. Bookmark it or save it — you can return anytime to review your matches, log trial visits, rate experiences, and track your decision. No account or signup required.
What subjects and activities are covered?
We cover academic tuition (Math, English, Science, BM, Mandarin, and more), enrichment classes (piano, art, coding, swimming, martial arts), and exam prep (UPSR, PT3, SPM, PSLE, O-Level). New categories are added as we onboard more centres.
How do I contact a centre?
Each matched centre has a WhatsApp button that opens a pre-filled message with your child's details. One tap and you're chatting directly with the centre — no middleman, no waiting for email replies.
Coverage
Does ClassMatch work for Singapore?
Yes. ClassMatch covers both Malaysia and Singapore. If you're in the JB-SG corridor, our cross-border matching can find centres on either side of the Causeway. Prices are shown in the local currency (MYR or SGD) with conversion available.
